Our Programs
Ms. Lam Montessori offers Mandarin-immersion AMI Montessori programs for children from 18 months through 6th grade, across our campuses in Williamsburg, Brooklyn Heights, and Park Slope. Every classroom is led by AMI-certified teachers and designed to meet children exactly where they are — nurturing independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning in both Mandarin and English.
MiCasa Program
18 months to 3 years old | Offered at Williamsburg (N 5th), Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope
MiCasa is our Mandarin-immersion environment for the youngest children. Daily life is built around practical independence: dressing, snack, movement, song, and hands-on materials sized for small hands. Toddlers absorb Mandarin through real routines and warm relationships with guides, at the age when language learning is most natural. Full-day and half-day options are available.

Toddler Program
2 – 3 years | Offered at our Williamsburg (N 8th) campus
Our Toddler program is a Mandarin-immersion environment built around the natural curiosity and drive for independence that every young child is born with. Through daily routines, songs, movement, and hands-on exploration, toddlers begin absorbing Mandarin at the exact age when language acquisition is most effortless. Full-day and half-day options are available.

Primary Program
3 – 6 years | Offered at Williamsburg (N 5th St and Kent Ave), Brooklyn Heights, and Park Slope
Our Primary program is a rich, Mandarin-immersion Montessori environment where children develop language, math, science, practical life skills, and cultural awareness through one-on-one lessons and self-directed work. Mixed-age classrooms (ages 3–6) allow younger children to learn from older peers, and older children to deepen their understanding by mentoring others. An AMI Montessori English Teacher starts giving English lessons to children 4.5 years and up. By the time children graduate from the Primary Program at 6 years old, they can speak, read and write in both languages.. Full-day and half-day options are available.

Elementary Program
Ages 6 – 12 years (1st – 6th Grade) | Offered at our Williamsburg (Kent Ave) campus
Our Elementary program is a bilingual Mandarin-English program where children dive into the big questions — the history of the universe, the origins of human culture, the connections between math, science, language, and art. Co-taught by one Mandarin-speaking and one English-speaking AMI-trained guide, our elementary classrooms are collaborative, curiosity-driven spaces where students research, debate, and build on the strong foundation established in Primary.
