Our teachers are first and foremost careful observers of children. Rather than standing at the front of the classroom, they work alongside children throughout the day—presenting lessons, guiding small groups, and quietly supporting each child's individual growth. Every guide is fully Montessori-trained and committed to understanding each child as a unique individual.

One of the greatest strengths of Ms. Lam Montessori is the depth and continuity of our teaching team. Many of our guides have been with us since the founding of our Brooklyn campus. Several began their careers at our sister Montessori schools in Taiwan before relocating to New York, bringing years of experience in authentic Mandarin-immersion Montessori education.

Beyond their Montessori credentials, our guides hold university degrees in fields such as Early Childhood Education, Chinese Language, Child Psychology, and related disciplines. Several of our teachers were once graduates of Ms. Lam in Taiwan, creating a rare continuity of Montessori tradition across generations. Together, they bring decades of experience, a passion for lifelong learning, and a deep commitment to helping every child thrive.
